Before her promotion to had a very visible position in the organization as the Head of DASA Marketing. “She was the orchestrator of the global launch of DASA in April 2016, as well as a principal architect in helping drive the messaging, market awareness and engagement that has helped DASA establish international recognition and membership.

Deborah brings more than 30+ years of IT Industry Experience. She spent many years at HP Computer Products Group and the Analytical Products Group now known as Agilent Technologies in roles in sales, product marketing, and channel management in the United States. In 2001 she joined the HP Software Business Unit in the Netherlands with roles in Sales and Business Development and went on to take on various ITSM Software Marketing Management roles at the EMEA level.

Experienced Agile Test Manager and Team Lead with 20 years of testing experience, of which 9 in agile environments. His projects cover e-Learning platforms, Finance and Healthcare applications, Telecom client portals and some of the best-known games in both the PC and mobile market.

His agile and coaching skills are results and KPI-driven but with a pragmatic approach and a deep care for enabling people to deliver on their commitment in a positive way. Peter motivates people on team- and director level through respectful and open communication with focus on achieving business goals.

He has a deep understanding of the dynamics in structured and agile testing techniques, continuous improvement, E2E delivery and setting up or scaling environments.

His active involvement in the development of standards, best practices and authoring keeps the sword sharp, he says. He holds various academic qualifications and professional credentials. In 2014 he received itSMF-SA’s lifetime achievement award.

Martijn is a highly experienced implementer of Service Management and Service Integration solutions for global enterprises. Over the past 20 years, Martijn has helped many multinational, government and NGO organisations with their multinational ITSM initiatives, ranging from ITIL, SIAM and COBIT to Service Management tool implementations.
Apart from his hands-on project involvement, he held an executive management position at InfraVision, an ITSM and SIAM consulting firm. Martijn’s leadership as director of the ITSM & SIAM Practice was instrumental for the success and growth of the department. Martijn is currently working at 4me, Inc. as General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 4me, Inc. is the provider of 4me, a service management application with a clear focus on Enterprise Service Management, SIAM and Digital Transformation.

Jesper is the Chairman and co-founder of ITAMOrg and has worked in the ITAM industry and related sectors for several years. Jesper founded a SAM consultancy in 2014 that was later, in a tradesale, sold on to Deloitte. He continues to support the development and spread of ITAM best practice via development of certification training and not at least via the ITAMOrg liaison membership of the ISO 19770 working group.

What was considered IT Asset Management years ago might not be considered IT asset management today. Even today there are diverging interpretations of the exact role of the IT asset manager. There is no fixed job description or role definition of the IT asset manager. It depends what capabilities are already present in the organization and how the potential activities that can be categorized under the ITAM umbrella can benefit the organization. After 4 years immersed in software license compliance Matthias co-founded the company Leadout in 2018 to focus on addressing the needs of Belgian companies in IT asset management. Since then Leadout has helped several organizations within Belgium but also In other European countries to benefit from applying focus on IT asset management. Matthias has a large background in Microsoft and SAP but increased his attention lately to the end-to-end aspects of a sustainable ITAM program.

With 29 years of experience, Stéphane JORET is an ITSM and ITAM expert consultant. 

Amongst the French pioneers in these domains, he made his first ITAM project in 1993, SAM in 2000 and ITSM in 2005. He is an accredited ITIL trainer since 2009 and contributes to ITIL 4 at AXELOS, notably for ITAM as the lead author for this practice. 

He translated into French the EXIN SAM Specialist exam and the ITAMOrg ITAM Foundation training material. 

Stéphane is specialized in ITAM, SAM and ITSM operating model implementation: process, organization and underpinning technology with transformation methods. Over the years, he developed a practical framework to drive such ITAM and SAM projects on the fast lane with ITIL integration.

Stanislav Pavlin was the founder of Vodafone Assets Management Services Sarl / Global Assets Manager, Vodafone Group. He was leading this activity from its initial idea, through the company setup in 2014 until fully scaled operation managing over €1bn in 2019. A remarkable contribution that also led to international recognition incl. the ITAMOrg ITAM award.
